Direct Bookings: How to Add a Reservation
Adding a Reservation from the All Reservations Section:
- *Add a Reservation:*
- Click the “+ Add” button in the top-right corner.
- *Enter Reservation Information:*
- If it’s a new guest, click “Add New Guest” and fill in all the required information.
- If it’s a returning guest, filter by their name and select it. Their details will automatically populate.
- *Complete the Details:*
- Enter the number of adults, children, total amount of the reservation, and save the information.
- The new reservation will automatically appear in the calendar and on connected platforms.
Editing a Reservation in the All Reservations Section:
- *Select the Reservation:*
- Click on the guest’s name whose reservation you wish to edit.
- *Popup Window:*
- A window will appear on the left side with all the reservation details.
- *Modify Information:*
- Make the necessary changes and save the information.
Deleting a Reservation in the All Reservations Section:
- *Identify the Reservation:*
- Find the reservation you want to delete.
- *Click “Options”:*
- On the right side of the reservation table, click on "Options."
- *Select "Delete Reservation":*
- Confirm the action to delete the reservation.
This process will allow you to efficiently manage your direct bookings through the system.
