Where do I get my SIRE username?

The SIRE user ID is essential information you need to access the Colombian Immigration system and comply with the registration requirements for accommodations. Here we explain how to obtain it and what steps to follow if you don't have it on hand.


Step 1: User Verification Usuario


  1. Document Number: The SIRE user name is the identification document number (cédula) with which you registered in the Colombian Immigration system. If you already have this number registered, simply enter it as your username in the system.
  2. Colombian Immigration Email: Upon registration, Colombian Immigration should have sent you an email with your assigned username. Check your inbox to verify this information.


What do I do if I don't have my username?


If for some reason you don't have your ID number or don't remember which one you registered with, you can check your registration information with the Colombian Immigration Office or contact support for user-specific assistance.
