Step by step to enter SIRE and TRA information:
This process is essential to ensure your hotel's information is correctly recorded in the system and you can access all the features available in AlohaPro, including the proper integration of form submissions to all your guests.
Access your AlohaPro account
Log in to the AlohaPro platform using your credentials.
- Go to your profile
In the top right corner of the screen, you'll see a blue circle with your avatar or profile picture. Click on this circle.
- Select the "Profile" option
In the drop-down menu that appears, select "Profile." This will take you to the section for setting up and updating your personal and business information.iona la opción "Perfil". Esto te llevará a la sección de configuración y actualización de tus datos personales y comerciales.
- Enter the merchant information
Once you're in your profile, look for the section labeled "Business Information." Here you can enter the requested information:
- RNT: This is the National Tourism Registry, which you must complete with the number corresponding to your establishment.
- TRA Code (Token): Enter the code or token associated with your establishment for the TRA system.
- Hotel Code or SIRE ID: Here, you must enter your hotel's identification code or SIRE, which is assigned by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism in Colombia.
- Save the changes
Once you've entered all the required information, be sure to save your changes before leaving the page.
