How to Integrate PriceLabs with Aloha Pro

When the synchronization is successful, PriceLabs can send dynamic rates, minimum stays, and check-in/check-out restrictions to your Channex listings for up to 500 days from the current date (see our article on how to extend your pricing calendar beyond one year).

Step 1: Create an API Key in Aloha

You’ll need to contact our team to request an API key from our channel manager.

This feature is not enabled by default for all Aloha users.

Step 2: Import Your Aloha Listings into PriceLabs

To connect your PriceLabs account with Channex, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your PriceLabs account.
  2. In the dashboard, click on Add Your Listings.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select Channex.
  4. Paste your Channex API key into the appropriate field and click Connect.
  5. Your Channex room types will be imported as listings in PriceLabs.

You can now review and adjust the pricing for these listings directly within PriceLabs.

Step 3: Rate Plan Offset Settings

PriceLabs can update all main rate plans in Aloha for a given room type.

Key considerations:

  • A default rate plan must exist for your listings in Aloha. This is the plan PriceLabs will use to display prices on its calendar.
  • If you’d like to view another rate plan’s calendar, you can change the default plan at any time.
  • When a listing is imported for the first time, PriceLabs will automatically select the first rate plan as the default.
  • You can change the default rate plan and specify an offset in the Rate Plan Customization screen in PriceLabs.
  • Offset adjustments can be set as either a fixed amount or a percentage applied to rate plans.

Step 4: Rate Update Options

In the Rate Customization screen, you can choose from three update options:

  • Price & Restrictions: Updates both the rate and restrictions for the rate plan.
  • Price Only: Updates only the daily rate.
  • None: Skips updates for that specific rate plan.

Keep in mind that PriceLabs will manage only the pricing for your connected platforms. Once integrated, Aloha will no longer send rate updates from the PMS to the OTAs.
