How can I increase/decrease my prices for the high/low season?

The high season is a unique opportunity to maximize revenue, but increasing prices requires strategy. Learn how to adjust your rates competitively without affecting the guest experience.

Step 1:

Go to the left sidebar menu and select Prices. Then, open the Smart Rules category.

Step 2:

Click the top right button that says Add to create a new rule.

Step 3:

Fill out the pop up form to create the rule:

  1. Set an identifying name for the rule, such as "High Season".
  2. Enable the date range by selecting the period during which you want the rule to apply.

_Example:_ If you want to apply the rule for all weekends in a year, you can set it for the whole year. However, if you want to apply the rule for specific dates, the rule will only apply up to the selected end date. You may also set multiple date ranges.

  1. Select the days of the week you want to include in the rule, for example: everyday of the week, just weekends, depending on your needs.
  2. Set a price adjustment if you want to increase the rate by a certain percentage and establish a minimum stay.

Step 4: **Click Add at the bottom to save. Then **Apply the rule to the units where you want the weekend price adjustment to take effect and ensure the Status Tab is set to ON.
