How can I change the payment status of a reservation?
Please follow these simple steps to change the payment status of a reservation:
Step 1: Navigate to the Calendar Mode in the Aloha menu
Step 2: Hover your mouse over the reservation to allow the pop up to appear, then click the right box where the payment status is located. Select desired status and if selecting paid then you must choose which method was used to finalize status
