Create electronic documents from a reservation

You can now create electronic documents (invoice, receipt, credit note, among others) directly from any reservation, without manually entering the information.


The system automatically transfers all relevant reservation data to the document form, allowing you to simply review the information and confirm its creation.


How does it work?


  1. Open the reservation from the calendar or the reservations list.
  2. Click on the reservation’s three-dot menu.
  3. Select the option Create electronic document.
  4. A modal will open where you can choose the type of document you want to create (invoice, receipt, credit note, etc.).
  5. Once selected, the document form will be displayed with the reservation information already filled in.
  6. Review the details, make any necessary adjustments, and confirm to generate the electronic document.


This flow simplifies the process, reduces manual errors, and speeds up document issuance directly from the reservation.
