Communication Module: Centralize Communication with your Guests
The communication module is designed to keep all your guest communications centralized in one place. With this module, you can create custom message templates so that every time you receive a new reservation, the guest checks in, or checks out, they receive an automatic message provided by the accommodation.
This module allows connection to platforms such as Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, and also direct bookings received through the accommodation's website.
How to add an automatic message
How to add an automatic message:
- Go to the Communications section, located in Manage System.
- Click the top right button that says Add.
Configure the message:
- Select the trigger: Check-in, Check-out or New Reservation.
- Defines the type of message: It can be instant or scheduled after a certain number of hours from when the trigger was activated.
- Select the booking channel: Booking, Airbnb, or direct channel.
- Assign a name to the message: Example: Welcome, Reservation Request, Farewell.
Configure the message content:
Aloha provides indicators that allow you to personalize messages, automatically adapting them to the information of each reservation.
Sample message:
Hello {main-guest-name}, We hope you've settled in well and are enjoying your stay. Please let me know if you need anything or if we can help you in any way. Best regards, and enjoy your stay! {property-name}
